All my broccoli plants that I left in the raised beds have bolted, infact just about all the fall/winter crops are suffering right now. Reason? The 80+ degree weather we're having! Crazy heat yesterday and a sure sign that winter is DONE, summer is on the way! With Spring officially starting tomorrow I'm starting to think we skipped Spring and headed straight for Summer! Good job the broccoli flowers are pretty and attract beneficial insects!
Once my tomato/pepper seedlings are big enough I'll be ripping out the broccoli and transplanting the toms etc into the beds. So much to do right now!
